The Internet site www,accredia.it is the association website of ACCREDIA - the national body for the accreditation of testing laboratories and certification and inspection bodies - and it performs the function of providing information regarding its association structure, its mission, the activities it undertakes and the documents it produces.
 
Use of the ACCREDIA site is subordinate to the terms and conditions established as follows:
 
Intellectual property
ACCREDIA's logo is a registered brand and can be used only under explicit prior authorisation.
The name ACCREDIA or any brand which includes the name ACCREDIA cannot be used in an Internet address for other sites, also as part of an address, without prior written authorisation.
Any improper or unauthorised use can lead to  prosecution under the law.
The content of the present site is protected by Italian regulations for the protection of intellectual property and by international conventions to which Italy is signatory. All rights are reserved and exclusive. The content cannot be reproduced in any way and on any medium without the explicit prior authorisation of ACCREDIA.
Quotation is permitted within the law under the condition that the copyright owner, the name ACCREDIA, the source of information in the form of the address www.accredia.it are all mentioned.
The alteration, copying or unauthorised use, fully or partially, of the content of the present Internet website are illegal and punishable under the law.

The data obtainable from the service "Lists and Databanks" are contained in a protected databank in accordance with author copyright law. It is illegal to reproduce or transfer, fully or partially, the above-mentioned data in any way.
